Do I need to install new hardware on every machine?

Most sites use the lightweight acoustic sensors we provide. On newer equipment, we can sometimes work directly with existing microphones or vibration sensors already on the machine.

How long before Echolyx starts flagging real issues?

Typically one to two weeks per machine, while Echolyx builds its healthy sound fingerprint. Alerts get sharper the longer the model listens.

Does this replace vibration analysis or thermal imaging?

No — Echolyx is a low-cost, always-on first layer. Most teams keep periodic vibration or thermal audits for deeper diagnosis once something is flagged.

What industries does Echolyx work in?
